Return & Refund Policy – Kaali Cosmic Vibes

 

Thank you for choosing Kaali Cosmic Vibes. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully aligned with your gemstone or product, please review our policy below for a smooth and transparent return, refund, or exchange process.

 

General Return Policy

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

It is returned in original packaging, with all tags, pouches, and certificates (if applicable).

You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note:

Non-returnable items: Sale items, bundles, customized gemstones, and clearance items.

If a return and refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Replacement & Exchange Policy

 

We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy. If your replacement or exchange request is accepted:

The replacement or exchanged product will be delivered within 5 days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Discounted, sale, or clearance items.

Products showing signs of use, scratches, chips, or damage after delivery.

Customized or made-to-order crystals and sets.

 

Return Process

 

Contact Us – Email kaalicosmicvibes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and product details.

Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping address and instructions.

Ship the Product – Use a trackable courier service. For high-value items, we recommend insurance.

Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Kaali Cosmic Vibes is not liable for items lost during return transit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at kaalicosmicvibes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing kaalicosmicvibes@gmail.com.

After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as processing or shipping may have begun.
