Terms with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below and apply regardless of singular or plural usage.

 

DEFINITIONS

 

Goods: Items available for sale on our website (including gemstones, tools, and accessories).

Order: A confirmed purchase made by you on our website.

Service: Our website and all customer-related services tied to your purchase.

You: The individual or entity using our service or purchasing goods from Kaali Cosmic Vibes.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

It is returned in its original packaging, including tags, pouches, and certificates (if provided).

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is included.

Note: Sale items, bundles, customized gemstones, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. You may request an exchange for a different crystal, size, or variation if:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You provide the original purchase receipt.

The desired replacement is in stock.

Once approved, your replacement will be shipped, and you’ll be notified via email.

Note: Customized, bundled, or personalized gemstone items are non-exchangeable.

✅ Approved replacements will be delivered within 5 business days.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Discounted or clearance items.

Items showing signs of use, scratches, chipping, or damage after delivery.

Customized or made-to-order crystals and crystal sets.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To initiate a return:

Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Ship the Product
Send the item back using a trackable courier service. We recommend insuring high-value items for safety.

Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

 

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
 Kaali Cosmic Vibes is not liable for products lost during return transit.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us at kaalicosmicvibes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at kaalicosmicvibes@gmail.com.
After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as your order might already be processed or shipped.
