At Kaali Cosmic Vibes, we honor the sacred energy of every gemstone and ensure your crystals reach you with the utmost care, safety, and positive intent. Below is our detailed delivery and shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.

 

DELIVERY PROCESS

 

Once you place an order, each gemstone undergoes a careful inspection for quality and authenticity. After passing our checks, your crystal is securely wrapped in protective packaging to ensure it remains safe in transit. The parcel is then handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund—whichever works best for you.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order through the courier’s website or the link provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

 

DISPATCH TIME

 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If there’s any delay, we will inform you via email or phone.

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

After shipping, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas or during peak seasons may take slightly longer due to courier schedules or external factors like weather.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

 

Flat Rate: ₹95 for orders above ₹1000.

Cash on Delivery (COD): May incur an extra charge based on your location. Applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Currently, we ship only within India. Global delivery options are planned for the future—follow us for updates.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

 

Some regions may be non-serviceable due to courier limitations. If delivery to your address is not possible, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suggest alternative arrangements.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

 

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

 

MISSING OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

 

If you haven’t received your package within the expected time frame, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to locate it. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full resolution.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

 

To cancel or modify an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible—but you can still initiate a return after delivery if the item remains unused and in its original packaging.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Once inspected, we will process a refund or exchange.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
