Once you place an order, every gemstone is carefully inspected for quality and authenticity. After a thorough check, we wrap your crystals in secure, protective packaging that preserves their energetic integrity and ensures safe transit. The package is then handed to our trusted delivery partners.
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact our customer support immediately. We’ll resolve the issue through replacement, return, or refund—whichever suits you best.
After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment via the courier’s website or the provided link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In case of any delay, we will keep you informed via email or phone.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Remote or high-demand areas may experience slight delays. We’ll always strive to minimize disruptions caused by external factors like weather or courier delays.
Flat Rate: ₹95 for orders above ₹1000.
Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an extra charge based on your location. All applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
We currently ship only within India. Global shipping options are in the works—follow us for updates!
While we aim to deliver across India, some regions may be non-serviceable. If delivery to your area is not possible, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund or suggest an alternative.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Haven’t received your parcel? Contact us, and we’ll coordinate with the courier to locate it. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a full resolution.
To make changes or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. If the package is already dispatched, modifications may not be possible. However, you can still initiate a return upon delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
If you’re not completely happy with your crystal, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Once we inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
